A1 Merchant Solutions LLC dba aiMerchantSolutions.net ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the Neighborhood Advertising Network, the in store screens, the location offers pages, the coupon and redemption system, and the advertiser and storekeeper portals (together, the "Platform"). This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.
This Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, mobile number and ZIP code when you subscribe, claim an Offer or create an account.
- Communication preferences, including which channels you agreed to and when.
- Business contact and billing information for advertisers, host locations and sales representatives.
- Messages you send to support.
Information collected automatically
- The screen and store location associated with the QR code you scanned, and the date and time of the scan.
- Which offers you viewed, claimed and redeemed, and the coupon code issued.
- Device type, browser, operating system, IP address, referring page and general region derived from IP address.
- Site analytics such as pages viewed, time on page and clicks.
Information from others
- Advertisers and host locations may confirm that a redemption occurred at their location.
- Payment processors confirm transaction status for advertiser billing. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
How We Use Information

Legal Basis and Consent
3.1 Email, text and telephone marketing consent are collected separately, through unchecked boxes, at the point of signup. We store the exact disclosure text you were shown, the date and time, the page address, and the IP address associated with your consent.
3.2 Consent to marketing is never required to claim an Offer or use the Platform.
3.3 A transactional message delivering a coupon you requested is not marketing and is sent regardless of your marketing choices.
How We Share Information
With the advertiser whose offer you claimed
When you claim an Offer, the advertiser receives the information needed to identify and honor the redemption, and, where you have agreed to be contacted by that advertiser, the contact details you provided for that purpose. Advertisers are independent businesses. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices, and they are responsible for their own compliance.
With host locations
Host locations receive campaign level and redemption performance data for their own store. They do not receive subscriber contact lists.
With service providers
We use vendors for hosting, content management for the screens, email delivery, text messaging, analytics, payment processing and customer support. They may process information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
For legal and business reasons
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, protect rights, safety and property, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.
Text Messaging Data Safeguard
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with any third party.
Sale and Sharing Under State Privacy Laws
5.1 We do not sell personal information for money.
5.2 Sharing performance and audience information with advertising partners may be treated as a sale or as sharing for targeted advertising under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and similar state laws.
5.3 To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the site footer, or email mike@aiMerchantSolutions.net. We honor a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt out request where required.
5.4 We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your Choices
Text Messages
Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You receive 1 confirmation and no further marketing texts.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or update preferences in your account.
Phone Calls
Tell the representative to place you on our internal do not call list, or email mike@aiMerchantSolutions.net.
All Channels
Email mike@aiMerchantSolutions.net and state what you want stopped. We act promptly and in all cases within 10 business days.
An opt out is applied to a global suppression list that blocks sends across every campaign, advertiser and location. We do not reverse an opt out through a later list import.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, a portable copy, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and certain profiling. You may also appeal a denied request.
We will verify your identity using the email address or mobile number on file before acting. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the offers page working, remember your session, measure traffic and attribute scans to the correct screen and advertiser. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent coupon claiming or redemption from working correctly.

Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encrypted transmission, access controls and role based portal permissions. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us immediately at mike@aiMerchantSolutions.net if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Subscriptions and offer claims require you to be at least 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided information, contact mike@aiMerchantSolutions.net and we will delete it.
Third Party Sites
Offers pages may link to advertiser websites and booking or ordering systems we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy notices before providing information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top will change and material changes will be posted on the Platform or sent to subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
